Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can prompt changes in plans. If you need to modify your installation appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made before the 48-hour window of the confirmed installation date. However, cancellations made within this 48-hour period will be subject to a refund of 50% of the installation cost.
